A fresh and vibrant classic Cotes de Provence Rose made by a well established family in Provence, Magali is the daughter of the owner. Made from two different vineyards with a blend of schistes soils and clay-limestone soils.
An elegant and dry rose, made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet.
Lots of red fruit and grapefruit notes, lifted by a nice minerality. The palate is fresh, with flavours of yellow peach and other stone fruits.
Delicious on it's own as an aperitif, with spicy tajines or Mediterranean cuisine.
