
A 100% Chenin cuvée, from 60-year-old vines grown on carboniferous shales, in the area of La Roche, cultivated with the greatest respect for nature, and certified organic. Vinification: direct pressing, natural yeasts, and maturation for one year in barrels. Bottled without filtering, and zero sulphur.

Jean Christophe Garnier (aka JC) - after a successful career in Paris as sommelier, he started in 2002 with a couple of hectare of vines in Saint Lambert du Lattay.
JC is known for making wines with great purity and energy with a small production of wines each year.
