Made by brothers Benoit and Sebastien Danjou Bannessy, in the south part of France in Roussillon, the winery was founded by their ancestors many centuries ago. The Domaine benefits of beautiful terroirs and landscape, the vines are thriving in those rocky black schistes soils.

All Biodynamically farmed.

This Cuvee "Les Myrs" is made from an endemic grape variety to the region called Carignan Noir, the grapes are hand harvested due to the age of those old vines (90 years old vines).

The wine is barrel aged for 20 months in oak barrels. It's a complex wines, with an amazing length and structure. Notes of blueberries, spices. The palate is fresh and concentrated.

REVIEW"These wines are like nothing I have ever tasted. I want to say Pinot-like, but that’s not honest or respectful to these quiet, silk-and-ruby, dawn-light-shaft, introvert but wholly Roussillon wines. This tastes of wild strawberries and forest mushrooms, caraway and fennel seeds. There is a daub of farmyard, but only enough to bring tang and animal warmth. White pepper woven into the delicate sweetness of the fruit. Not attention-seeking, but if you don’t give this wine your whole attention, you’ve lost something priceless. This is a Carignan in a million!" 18 points. Tamlyn Currin for JancisRobinson.com, July 2021.
