This Bourgeuil is a 100% Cabernet Franc, made from 70 years old vines. It's delicious and elegant. Fermented in concrete followed by a short ageing in oak barrels.
Stunning wine to be enjoyed in this cooler weather along with some grilled pork chops, artisanal sausages, or aged cheese. Also good on it's own !
