This white wine is made from a blend of Roussanne, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Sauvignon Gris and Chardonnay from the Languedoc region, this IGP has a similar terroir with Pic Saint-Loup appellation which is located on a cliff of limestone, and famous for its red and rose.
The grapes were been directly pressed, fermented in tanks and aged for four months, again in tanks giving this wine an amazing floral and charming nose, a very refreshing, crisp, dry white wine.
Fun & aromatic! It reminds us of a field of wild flowers, with honey and zesty citrus flavours. Very well balanced, with freshness and volume, perfect as an aperitif !
