A complex and exciting Champagne made by one of the youngest Champagne houses of France. Maison Thiénot Champagne 2009 vintage is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot meunier and Pinot Noir which has been aged on lees for 9 years in their cellars in Reims.
It has a beautiful shimmering golden yellow color, on the nose you get very attractive notes of toasted and roasted almonds unveil after aeration of the lemon aromas. The palate, a sharp attack takes place, remarkable and lively. Aromas of baked lemon meringue reveal a beautiful freshness and satisfying finish.
