This wine, to be served well chilled, can be drunk alone, without accompaniment, it is a festive wine, as an aperitif, to drink with friends in the summer. It can be drunk at any time of the day or night. It goes very well with seafood, chiffonade Serrano ham, scallop ceviche or Coeur de Neufchatel.
100% Semillon - Natural sparkling method. Direct pressing and fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel vats. Light filtration on land when the sugar balance is reached in order not to disgorge. Bottling after filtration as soon as the wine begins to ferment again. End of fermentation in bottles lying down then aging in bottles for 5 months.
