Shipping policy

Dispatch & Delivery of Orders 

  • Halle aux Vins aims to dispatch all orders received within 24 hours. Orders received on weekends & public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. 
  • Shipping Costs: $10 for VIC, $15 for NSW, SA, TAS and QLD, $30 for WA and NT. 
  • DELIVERY TERMS :
  • - Melbourne Metro  - up to 48 hours
  • -  Regional Victoria  - 2 to 4 business days
  • - NSW - 3 to 4 business days 
  • - QLD / TAS -  4 to 5 business days
  • - SA - 4 to 5 business days
  • - WA - 8 to 10 business days
    • Halle aux Vins does not require all parcels to be signed for on delivery due to special circumstances and obvious health concerns, the supply of liquor may only be accepted for by persons 18 years and older. 
    • Halle aux Vins makes every effort to pack all parcels securely, however due to the fragile nature of the merchandise if you do receive a damaged parcel please notify info@halleauxvins.com.au immediately so that arrangements can be made.  
    • In the instance that you provide an incorrect delivery address, Halle aux Vins will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered if your order is delivered to the address that you have supplied.
    • Please note that all delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable unless a Product fails to comply with the Australia Consumer Law consumer guarantee provisions.
