A perfect autumn red, this organically farmed Chianti from the village of Rufina is a light bodied, elegant, delicious and classic Chianti.
Mainly made with Sangiovese (95% of the blend) it also contains Colorino and Canaiolo. The grapes are hand harvested, then transferred in stainless steel for a twenty day maceration and natural ferment before being aged in big oak casks of 25 HL for 10 months before being bottled.
