The estate has existed since the 18th century, it's situated next to the renowned Château de Cheval Blanc and Château Figeac. Château Jean Faure is also part of the Saint Emilion Grand Cru classement as it produces wines with a high finesse level expected of a top-tier Saint Emilion of the appellation .
The estate wine is a blend of their younger vines and has been made as an approachable style upon release. 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Merlot. Aged for 9 months in large concrete vats. No oak.
