It's a fragrant, aromatic fresh and mineral white wine, made by a family owned winery based in Provence, it's inspired by the classical french summer holidays in the Provence region at the beach. It's a very elegant with lots of aromas of white peaches, pear and honeysuckle, very summery!
The palate is fresh, lively with a dry finish, perfect as an aperitif !
