Melting Potes, a joint project from three close friends and producers in Mâcon. Together, they have planted a half-hectare of Savagnin across their respective vineyards.
While Savagnin is not traditionally permitted within the Mâcon appellation, these producers recognize its excellent potential in their local terroir. The resulting wine offers an elegant nose of stone fruit, white floral notes, and a mineral edge. On the palate, it features bright acidity and minerals, complemented by flavors of pear and cooked quince.
