Rare and demanding, this Rosé de Saignée will surprise you! 100% Pinot Noir from Chaméry, Ecueil and Villedommange. After only a day of maceration in wooden tank, this wine has an outstanding aromatic intensity.
The vinification is carried out in demi-muids (600 liters barrels) and aged for about 7 years on lees.
Dosage: Extra Brut 2g/l
Primarily juicy forest berries underscored by a fine spice and beautiful freshness. All very balanced. Long finish. Good as a companion to food or just by itself.
