Fine and elegant, this “Blanc de blancs” vintage is crafted by blending the Premier Crus plots of Chardonnay exposed south-east on the terroirs of Chamery and Ecueil, in the Montagne de Reims.
The vinification is partly carried out in demi-muids and aged on in its lees for about 5 years before being disgorged.
Extra brut: 1gr/liter.
The nose opens with a round, creamy character layered with soft vanilla, complemented by subtle notes of fresh quince and lemon curd. On the palate, the citrus aromas are paired with a pleasant salinity.
Very confidential, only 1000 bottles per year of vintage.
