Jeremie and Claire Batard-Langelier converted their estate to organic farming back in 2014. This wine is made of older vines (40 years old of age) making this wine concentrated, structured, complex yet very refreshing with 15 months lees contact.
Aromas of fresh lemon, lemon curd and zesty citrus. Typical of the wines from that region you will get a distinct sea breeze note. On the palate you will also find aroma of baked pears, with white flowers and grilled almonds with a delicious mineral finish.
