This organically farmed Savagnin is made in an "Ouille" style (topped up), It's not an oxidised wine. "En Longefin" is the name of a parcel which is facing North and planted with younger vines on clay and limestone. The result is that the wine is energetic, pure with a lot of tension and a hint of sea breeze. Lots of vibrant tropical fruits but also fleshy stony fruits and mineral notes on the palate. No So2 added.
