This bright Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois blend has all you need, it's dry and mineral with a nice pleasant texture on the palate. Notes of fresh butter, orchard fruits (pear, apples and peaches) along with some delicate white flowers. The whole is raised with acidity with fruity crispy finish!
