This 100% Chenin blanc is made from a small vineyard in the Loire Valley, Cecile and her husband Tanguy are farming 4 hectares using biodynamic practices. This Vouvray is barrel fermented with natural yeast and raised in oak for one year. It's a serious elegant wine, with a nice minerality, with purity and texture from the oak ferment with a great length.
Typical Dry Chenin blanc characteristic : Green apples, honey, white flowers, creamy quince aromas and a touch of sweet spices. Wine with great minerality and texture from the oak ageing. Dry finish with a mineral finish.
