This delicious Pinot Noir is from Auvergne, a region known for its volcanic soil in the middle of France. Celebrated winemakers Marie & Vincent Tricot are local pioneers, creating precise and elegant natural wines that have drawn international attention to the region.
Their wines are fermented in natural yeast and vinified without sulphur. Theses bright & pure wines are generally lower in alcohol and with a high level of drinkability.
This little cuvee is crafted from young vines of Pinot Noir grapes grown on basalt & clay soil. Fermented using a natural carbonic maceration process for 18 days before being matured in a tank, the result is bright, juicy & refreshing with aromas of raspberry, cherries, violet and warm earthy notes. No SO2 added.
