Made up of 70% Ugni Blanc (aka Trebbiano) 15% Chardonnay and 15% Sauvignon Blanc this white blend is whole bunch pressed, fermented in amphora and aged in all concrete vats.
Fresh, textured and mineral driven with refreshing acidity.
