Claire Naudin took over the Domaine Naudin Ferrand in 1994 with her own vision. She is a strong believer in the principle of winemaking that is respectuous of the environment and the local ecosystems. She refuses standardization, preferring a traditional craftswomanship approach.
Claire's wines are deeply rooted in Burgundian tradition, and she believes that a great wine is made 365 days of year - from each stage of the vines’ growth through to bottling.
This unpretentious balanced white is mineral and fruity with a lovely ripe tangerine and lemon acidity. The Mallon Aligoté represents amazing value for quality white Burgundy, and is a great introduction into the wines from this popular Domaine.
