
This cuvée is crafted from vineyards in Chamery, Écueil, Villedommange, and Montbré, all premier cru sites in the Montagne de Reims. It was fermented and aged in stainless steel for a few months before spending close to three years on lees.
A meticulous blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier.
2021 base (60%) of the blend and it incorporates 40% of reserve wines from the three previous vintages. Low dosage 2grs. Disgorged in January 2024.
